GAY MEN’S CHORUS OF LOS ANGELES CONTINUES 34th SEASON with ‘AWAKENINGS’

For more than 30 years, The Gay Men’s Chorus of Los Angeles (GMCLA) has built an international reputation for excellence while remaining rooted in service to the Los Angeles LGBT community.

GMCLA will continue its 34th season in the Gothic setting of First Congregational Church of Los Angeles located at 540 South Commonwealth Avenue.

Saturday, March 16 and Sunday, March 17 for its latest performance, Awakenings, with special guests, women’s chorus Vox Femina Los Angeles (VOX)—as well as the new youth chorus, Outside Voices, formed by GMCLA and the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center’s LifeWorks program.

Awakenings: Wherever Emptiness Is Found, Let There Be Joy And Glorious Sound will be conducted by GMCLA Artistic Director E. Jason Armstrong.
